We want you to love your ARTKIN canvas. Because each piece is your own unique artwork, we can not accept returns. If the piece arrived damaged, please be sure to save all packaging in order for a claim to be submitted.
You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the damaged canvas to request a return claim for another ARTKIN Box or ARTKIN credit (either one to be used within one year). We do not give refunds. Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded.
While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.
